2. Crossed Cheque
Please make payable to "HKAA", mark your name and contact number at the back of cheque. Send to us by post or in person to HKAA Wanchai Headquarter at Marsh Road, Wanchai Reclamation, Hong Kong. (Please mark "Pick-up Inspection Service" on the envelope)

Remarks:
1. The order will process upon receipt of payment, otherwise it will be pending;
2. HKAA staff will confirm the appointment date and time with membe via phone. Due to working schedule arrangement, booking time may need to change accordingly;
3. Required to hold and present a valid HKAA membership card to enjoy the offer;
4. Additional $150 will be charged for those remote areas and outlying islands (including Ma Wan, Tung Chung, and Hong Kong International Airport...etc.);
5. This service must be carried out with the presence of the owner's agent and the provision of the key;
6. The cylinder should have at least half full amount of oil. Otherwise the engine cannot be started;
7. The service will be delayed when typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted. In this case, we will contact the member to reschedule the service;
8. The Service is for private car only and not applicable to commercial vehicle.
9. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotions / offers / coupons;
10. Data Collection Declaration: The information provided by you will only be used by HKAA for internal record and membership service.
11. In any case of disputes, the decision of HKAA is final and conclusive.
